Shipping policy

Delivery:

We dispatch a new order in 4-5 working days. Gaonkasaman will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Across India shipping is free. For orders that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly during order placement. 

Cancellation:

An order can be cancelled before dispatch and a refund will be processed in 9-10 working days but If you cancel an order after dispatch, only the product amount will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return & Exchange:

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on gaonkasaman.com Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days of the receipt of item and depends on the type of product being purchased by you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

Fine jewelry products must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
Once we receive your return, you will be reimbursed the shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
Shipping charges shall not be refunded to the customer, except in instances where the return / exchange / cancellation of the product is on account of any reason that is solely attributable to Gaonkasaman.
